Obituary

SALEM- Milton Laureano, Sr., 52, of Salem, husband of Vidalina (Pomales) Laureano, died Saturday afternoon, January 24, 2004 in the Salem Hospital following a long illness.

Born in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Aurelio and Dominga (Rios) Laureano. He was a resident of Salem for over 30 years.

He was employed for many years by Freddy’s Landscaping in Salem, and previously worked as a roofer.

Besides his wife, with whom he shared 22 years of marriage, he is survived by three sons, Milton Octavio Laureano and Milton Laureano, Jr., both of Salem, Elixavier Laureano of Orlando, Florida, two grandchildren, Jasmine Laureano and Milton Anthony Laureano both of Salem, two step sisters, Aurora Suarez of Peabody, Gloria Suarez of Tampa, Florida and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Alfredo Suarez.

His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2004 at 12 PM in the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem. Relatives and friends invited.
