Francine L. Gagnon Depot peacefully passed into the Lords hands on April 12, 2011 at the age of 59. She courageously fought a battle with cancer with the love and support of her husband and family. Francine was the loving wife of Robert Cusson, Jr. She was the beloved mother of Angel Adamson and William Gagnon. She also left behind 3 grandchildren Zachery, Nicholas and Haley Adamson, as well as a son in law Jeremy Adamson. Francine showered her grandchildren and family with her welcoming smile and her deepest love.
Francine was born in Acton Vale Quebec Canada, grew up in Manville, Rhode island and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1970. Francine moved to Connecticut in 1975, where she started her own family.
Her entrepreneurship and work ethics allowed her to build four thriving businesses throughout her career. She was the successful owner of River Ranch Depot until she later retired.
Francine enjoyed belly dancing, line dancing, tag sales, flower gardening, and camping. She was an active parishioner of St. James Church in Poquetanuck, where she volunteered frequently.
Francine found strength from prayer and meditation. Her joy for life was a positive influence for others who had the blessing of her presence. Her passion was spending quality time with those she loved and she will be in our hearts forever.
Her father Conrad Depot and her brother Daniel Depot predeceased Francine. She is survived by her mother Rosa Eva (Beauvais) Depot, her two brothers Rejean and Gilles Depot, as well as her sisters Denise Depot, Aline Lamarre, Lucy Desilets, Marianne Valentin, Carol Flaxington, Louise Depot and Adrienne Lefebvre. In addition to Daughters in law,Brothers in law,Sons in Law and Nieces and Nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, 95 Route 2A, Preston, CT on Friday April 29, 2011 @ 11AM. There are no calling hours.
