JOYCE D. (PARKER) STUDLEY of Hingham, died on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. She was the daughter of the late Theodore Parker and Elsie (Watson) Moore.
Joyce graduated from Rockland High School, class of 1947, Bryant & Stratton and Boston University. She worked for many years in the law offices of Robert Cotter of Rockland, Brophy, Lichenstein & Blatte of Boston and more recently for the Town of Cohasset. She was also a communicant of the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Hingham.
Wife of the late John H. Studley, she is survived by a brother, Theodore Parker of Pembroke; two sisters, Jacqueline Warren of Middleboro and Catherine Whitmore of Las Vegas; and many nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late June T. Parker, Bernard Parker, Jeannine Walsh and David Parker.
A graveside service at the Hingham Center Cemetery will be conducted at a later date.
