French of Brockton January 22, 2004, Thomas K. French, 49 years. Husband of Susan E. (Anderson) French. Father of Michael O’Brien and his wife Michelle, Aaron O’Brien and Jason French all of Brockton.

Graveside Service will be held Tuesday at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Assoc. 20 Speen St.,Framingham, MA 01701-4680.

Obituary

Thomas K. French died unexpectedly Thursday evening at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton after being stricken at home. Born and raised in Holbrook, son of Frances E. (Love) French and the late Luther H. French. Graduate of Holbrook High School Class of 1973. At the time of his death he was employed by Yellow Freight Company, Teamsters Local 653. Formerly he has been employed by Millard Metal of Braintree. He served in the US Army for eight years, 1973-1976 in Korea with the Military Police and in 1978–1983 in West Germany. From 1977 to 1978 he served with the National Guard. He enjoyed comedy, music, 60 -70’s rock and roll, folk music, skiing, camping and outdoor activities.

Survived by his wife Susan E. (Anderson) French, three sons, Michael O’Brien and his wife Michelle, Aaron O’Brien and Jason French all of Brockton, his mother Frances E. (Love) French of Stoughton, four brothers Jon C. of Acton, MA; James E. of Plymouth; Mark B. of Halifax; Philip M. of Halifax, two sisters, Laura M. Skeen of Brockton and Anne E. French of Sandwich also one aunt and many nieces, nephews, cousins and his cat Kisses
