Jorge Reyna Hernandez age 25 of La Grange passed away on Sunday April 17, 2011.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday April 21, 2011 from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in La Grange. Family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
Funeral service is scheduled for Friday April 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
Cremation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to help offset funeral expenses.
