Bruno J. Balducci, age 96, of Natick, passed away on April 17, 2011. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret M. (Murray) Balducci who passed away in 2003 and with whom he shared 63 years of marriage.
Born in Framingham, Bruno was raised and educated in Natick. He was employed for over 30 years at F. Diehl & Sons in Wellesley as a truck driver and salesman. A member of our country’s “Greatest Generation”, Bruno served in the United States Army during WWII with Company “C” 5th Engineer Training Battalion at Ft. Belvoir, VA. A dedicated family man, Bruno adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.
Bruno was the devoted father of James and his wife Marcia of Woburn, Thomas of Natick, Robert and his wife Jennifer of Natick, and Martin and his wife Beverly of Whitinsville; loving grandfather of Christine, Robert, Katy, Taryn, Lisa, Tracy, and Debra; and dear brother of Viola McNally of Framingham, Joseph Miccile and his wife Sandra of Natick, and Frank Miccile of Nevada. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) NATICK on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 4-7 PM.
