Dorothy V. (Joly) Drury, 71, of Apple Hill Drive, beloved wife of Anthony F. Drury, died Thursday at April 14, 2011 at Roger Williams Hospital.
Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late George and Dorothy (Fowler) Joly. She had lived in Cranston for 2 years and had raised her family in Johnston. She was a CNA at Zamborano before retiring. She is also survived by her children: Anthony Drury, Jr. and George Drury both of Woonsocket, Deborah Boutelle of Johnston, Joseph Drury, Dorothy Schobel, Florence Heon, all of Burrillville, June Roberts of Pawtucket and Michelle Colan of Cranston, 18 granchildren, 13 great grandchildren and her siblings: George Joly of Chepachet, Gail Pine of Johnston and Joseph Joly of Providence. She was the sister of the late Barbara Allen.
Funeral Wednesday at 9am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Joseph Church, Main Street, Scituate. Burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens’ Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-0050.
