Mr. Peter M. Shoukimas, 92, of Salem, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 10th, 2011 at the Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport, MA.
He was born on March 9th, 1919 in Lawrence to the late Michael and Bronia (Yurchikonus) Shoukimas. Peter was an attendant of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, New Hampshire. He worked for Bolta Tire Company in Lawrence, Massachusetts for some 30 plus years until his retirement. Peter was a member of the Bolta Retirees Association and was Scout Leader for 8 years in Salem, New Hampshire.
According to his sons he enjoyed boating and he especially loved to be with family, friends and relatives, he was a real people person.
Husband of the late Mrs. Geraldine (Scott) Shoukimas of whom were married for 46 years.

His services will be held on Thursday, April 14th, 2011 at 12:00 Noon in the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA.
His burial will take place at a later date.
