Carver, Mark Wayne, 30, of Louisville passed away April 9, 2011 at Kindred Hospital.
He was a Catholic by faith.
Mark is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Anthony Carver.
Survivors include his mother, Linda Hayes Carver; brothers, William Carver (Dreama) and Michael Carver (Kjeston).
Funeral service will be 12pm Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Wednesday 12-8 at the funeral home.
