Margaret Marie (Arnold-Arsenault) Donohue, beloved wife of the late Charles A. Donohue, died at the Blair House in Tewksbury, following a long illness, on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. She was 96 years old.
Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on March 24, 1915, she was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Jennie (Thibodeau) Arnold. Mrs. Donohue was a former member of Sacred Heart Church in Lawrence.
She was the loving mother of Richard W. and his wife Eleanor Smith of Merrimac, Massachusetts, Wayne A. and his wife Kathleen Donohue of Salem, New Hampshire and Lynne M. and her husband David J. Hegarty of Winchester, sister of Edward Arsenault, grandmother of Jennifer, Gary, Richard, Erin, Kelly and Sean, great-grandmother of four and also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral mass was celebrated in St. Joseph Church, Ballardvale, Andover, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at 10 AM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance. Calling hours were held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, Monday, April 4, 2011, from 4 to 8 PM. Burial was held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Andover.
