HERDT, Leslie A. in Chelsea, and formerly of Winthrop, March 28, 2011. She was 65. Born in Winthrop, she was the cherished daughter of Dorothy L. (Wood) Herdt and the late Robert G. Herdt of Winthrop. Devoted mother of Michelle Lopes of FL, Robert Lopes of CA, and Joseph Lopes of WA. Dear sister of Paula F. (Herdt) Wrenn and her husband Sy of NH, R. Peter Herdt and his wife Janna of Idaho, and Randall C. Herdt and his wife Michelle of Winthrop. Adored grandmother of Mason, Jason, Kaeli, and Giovanni Anthony Lopes. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Prior to her retirement, Leslie worked as a travel agent for various travel agencies. A visitation will be held at held at the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Thurs, April 7, beginning at 12pm, followed by a Funeral Service, in conjunction with her father, Robert, in the funeral home at 1pm.
