Obituary

Raymond P. McKenna, 72, of Bernon St, Woonsocket, died Wednesday at home. He was the husband of Brenda F. (Plante) McKenna.
Born in Montreal, PQ, Canada, he was a son of the late Euclide “Edward” and Emeralda (DeCasse) McKenna. He was raised in Montreal and resided in Woonsocket for over 50 years.
Mr. McKenna was employed as a truck driver for Regency Inc. for many years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Raymond McKenna, and his wife Deborah, of Seekonk, Shawn McKenna of Manville, three daughters, Donna Milano, and her husband Richard, of Woonsocket, Pamela Pierce of Kansas, and Kelly McKenna of Woonsocket. He was the brother of Jeff McKenna of Woonsocket, Kenneth, Robert, and Maureen McKenna all of Montreal, Kathleen McKenna of Woonsocket, and the late William McKenna. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be Monday at 9:00 am from the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm.
