ROTTER - Charles F. Rotter, 75, passed away March 31, 2011. He was born February 4, 1936, in Amarillo, TX and moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1990 from Warner Robbins, GA. He is survived by his wife, Jennette Rotter; two sons, Charles F. Rotter, Jr. and Samuel R. Rotter (Cathy); a brother, George Rotter; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
