BOWERS, Elizabeth Ada “Betsy” – Of West Roxbury, suddenly, March 27, 2011. Daughter of the late Frederick J. Bowers Sr. and Virginia Daingerfield Bowers. Wife of the late Kestutis “Kenny” Stasaitis. She was loved by and leaves behind her best friends, sister Diane S. Bowers and brother-in-law Frank Freitas of Dedham; her favorite travel companion and brother Frederick J. Bowers of Virginia and her recently deceased brother and co-gardener James W. Bowers. She was loved and is lost to her nephew and nieces; Ian Bowers, Alexis Bowers and Jennifer Bowers of Boston and Naomi Cervantes, Chrystal Rosas and Daniele Yarborough of Texas, all who will miss her.

She was a happy and thoughtful person who loved “her room” in the family cottage, world travel and most of all her family, both immediate and extended. She spent endless hours working on the family genealogy so that she could share what she was proudest of, her heritage. She will be missed by all who knew her, both family and friends.
