James “Jimmy” Magee, 21, of Whitman, died March 25th, surrounded by his loving family and friends, in the South Shore Hospital after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Thomas Magee and Nancy (Harrison) Magee of Whitman.
Jimmy was born in Stoughton, a life long resident of Whitman. He was a graduate of South Shore Vocational School, Class of 2007.
He enjoyed lacrosse, hockey, skiing and anything to do with motorcycles.
In addition to his mother Nancy, he is survived by his brother Eric Magee, and his twin sister Katherine both of Whitman, his aunts and uncles, Charles Magee of Hanson, Kathleen Cory of OR., Dr. Richard Harrison and his wife Linda of Sherborn, Alice Magee of TN., Elaine Magee of WA., Diane Althouse of NC., Laurie Spacone of CA. and Judith Keniston of Hanson; also many cousins. He was also the grandson of the late Laura Magee and Jean Harrison.
His visitation will be held on Wednesday March 30th from 4:00-8:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 8:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman.
