William H. St.Peter, 88

William H. St.Peter, 88, of Mansfield died unexpectedly at home on Saturday March 26, 2011. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor R. (Jackson) St.Peter, who passed away on May 16, 1989.
Born in Bangor, Maine on September 22, 1922, he was a dear son of the late Madeline T. (Gallagher) St.Peter.
Billy grew up in Bangor and was educated in Bangor Public Schools. He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII, prior to being honorably discharged.
A resident of Mansfield for the past 40 years, Mr. St.Peter had been employed for over 20 years as a Jewelry Manufacturer, at Cookson America, Inc. in North Attleboro, prior to retiring. He had formerly worked as a Bartender for many years in Boston, where he had resided prior to moving to Mansfield.
Billy was an avid fan of horse racing, and enjoyed trips to Plainridge and the Taunton/ Raynham Dog Track.
He is survived by his devoted children Kathleen Foley of Dighton, Mary B. Wood of Attleboro, Ronald D. McCulloch and Joseph E. McCulloch both of Boston and the late Jeanne M. Morsett. Mr. St.Peter is also survived by many grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Wednesday March 30th at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin Street, Mansfield.
Visiting hours are omitted and funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home 55 North Main St. Mansfield.
