Primitivo Rullan, 71

Dateline: Norton, MA

Primitivo Rullan, 71, of Norton formerly of Attleboro passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday March 26, 2011.
Born in Puerto Rico on August 1, 1939, he was a dear son of the late Antonio and Lucrecia (Rivera) Rullan.
A resident of Norton for the past 20 years, he had formerly made his home in Attleboro. Primo spent his early childhood living in Puerto Rico and later moved to New York. He was educated in Puerto Rico and New York.
A retired Machinist and Metal Fabricator, Mr Rullan had been employed for over 20 years at the S.I.E. Computing Co. in Brockton, prior to retiring. He had previously worked at the former Augat Co. in Attleboro.
Primo treasured the times spent in the presence of his adoring family, especially with his grandson , and will always be remembered for his remarkable sense of humor.
An avid freshwater fisherman, Mr. Rullan was a devoted New England sports fan, the Red Sox and the Patriots being his favorite teams. He also enjoyed NASCAR racing and loved his pet cats “Cheyanne” and “Abu”
He is survived by his loving children Eric Rullan and his wife Kelly of Texas, Naomi Ortiz of North Attleboro and Angel Osorio of Taunton. Mr. Rullan is also survived by his cherished grandchildren Christian Ortiz of North Attleboro and Aaron Rullan of Texas.
Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of his family. Visiting hours have been omitted.
