Goffstown-Olive I. Leclair, 79, died March 22, 2011 at the Catholic Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on May 26, 1931 the daughter of Albert and Eva (Baril) Desmarais and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Prior to her retirement she had worked in the cafeteria at St. Anselm College.
Members of her family include her husband of 60 years, Charles E. Leclair of Goffstown, one brother Maurice Desmarais of Manchester, one sister Irene Trumble of Bow, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
IN HER LIFE: She also leaves two sons Leonard C. Leclair and his wife Mary of Chester, Michael R. Leclair and his wife Gina of Orlando Fl., Two daughters Mother Martin ( Margaret Leclair) Sisters of Charity, Baltic, CT., Jane R. Leclair of Bedford, six grandchildren Christopher Leclair and his wife Tina, Daniel Leclair, Lisa Leclair, Dustin Leclair, Ava Leclair, Ethan Leclair, and 2 great grandchildren, Avianna Leclair and Byron Leclair.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St..
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 AM in the Parish of the Transfiguration. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
