He is survived by his Children

He has so many Loving Grandchildren and Great GrandChildren and Nieces and Nephews to List. But he LOVED them all dearly in their own special ways. He could tell you something special about any of them and they can do the same for him.
He is one of five Siblings,
He is survived by two Brothers David Birney of Newark DE and Frank Birney of Bear, DE
He was proceeded in Death by a Brother James Birney of Elkton, MD and a Sister Elizabeth Webber "Sis" of Newark DE and the Love of his LIfe, his Wife Kathryn Kannel Birney of New London, PA
He was employed for 46 years at the NVF at Newark, DE
He was a WWII Vet. He served two years on the USS Learhy
He LOVED his Lord and Savior and going to Church and Loved his Family and the Color "GREEN"
Funeral Services will be on March 25 at
Beulah Baptist Church, in Oxford PA
Officating will be Pastor Roger Hunter
Viewing will be from 12 noon until 1 pm
Funeral will be at 1 pm
Internment will be at Cherry Hill United Methodist Church
