Bill Duncan, Jr., 71, of 118 Vinton Place, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Danville Regional Medical Center.
Born in Danville on November 25, 1939, he was the son of the late Willie Madison Duncan, Sr., and Vivian
Stanfield Duncan. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the US Army,
serving his country in the 82nd Airborne Special Forces during the Viet Nam Era. He had retired as a
retail manager. He was married to Kylette Johnson Duncan, who survives him of the home.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Duncan is survived by one son, Terry Duncan and his girlfriend, Theresa, of Danville;
one granddaughter, Brandy Velazquez and one great-grandson, Kevyn Velazquez. Other survivors include a
brother, Larry Duncan and his wife, Leigh, of Danville; one niece, Michelle Duncan and one nephew, Matt Duncan.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Barker Funeral Home Chapel,
2025 North Main Street, Danville.
Funeral services will be private.
