WORCESTER-Alphonse T. Beinar, 85 of 129 Malden St. died Saturday, January 17th in the Knollwood Nursing Home. He leaves his wife of 63 years, Reta C. (Agurkis) Beinar; a daughter, Aleta A. Beinar of Worcester; a brother, Walter I. Beinar of Auburn; a grandson, Nicholas D. Beinar of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. 2 brothers, Theophilus and Albert Beinar predeceased him.
He was born in Worcester son of Theodore and Frances (Moskevitch) Beinar and lived here all of his life. He graduated from Commerce High School and attended Assumption College. He was an Army veteran of WWII. Mr. Beinar was a supervisor for the Heald Division of Cincinnati Miller Cron for 37 years retiring in 1977. He was a member of St. Christopher Church and enjoyed boating, fishing and gardening.
