Eunice P. (Belleville) Sarapas, 87, of Franklin passed away March 21 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Willde “Al” Sarapas for 57 years before his death in 2003.
Born in Franklin, November 2, 1923, the daughter of the late Leo and Beatrice (Dulude) Belleville, Mrs. Sarapas was a lifelong Franklin resident.
A homemaker, Eunice loved to garden, travel and be with her family.
She is survived by her children, Alan Sarapas and his wife Cindy of Plainville, Peter Sarapas and his wife Cindy of Franklin, Karen Sarapas of Franklin and Cheryl Dumais and her husband Mark of Franklin.
She is also survived by her sister Elaine Rossetti of Franklin and her grandchildren, Michael and Brian Sarapas and Zachary and Kendall Sarapas.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 24 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St. in Franklin at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
