GEORGE GLAZEBROOK, JR., age 91, a Hingham resident for more than 40 years, died on December 26th, 2003 in Tallahassee, FL after a brief illness. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he graduated from Quincy High School and Bentley School of Accounting in Boston.He was employed for more than 30 years, serving as a managing partner at Minot, DeBois and Madison in Boston prior to his retirement in 1977. Mr. Glazebrook was an avid golfer and longtime member of the Cohasset Golf Club.Husband of the late Betty (Rich) Glazebrook, he leaves two sons; Samuel of Owensboro, Kentucky, and Stephen of Tallahassee, FL; a daughter, Pamela Glazebrook of New Rochelle, NY, a brother Kenneth of Chatham, five grandchildren and four great grand-children.A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, Jan. 24th at 1 PM at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond St., Hingham.The interment is to be private.
