Edna Theresa (Huber) Phillips, 90, Our Loving Mother, went home to her Lord Saturday, March 19, 2011.
She passed away at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
She was born in Louisville, KY to Leopold "Lee" & Anna Viola (Anglad) Huber.
Edna was a homemaker and a lifelong Catholic and charter member of St. Matthias Church, until its closing. She currently was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Church. A former member of the Fifty Plus Club, Ladies Club, Epworth Methodist Fifty Plus Club and A.A.R.P.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Earl Madison Phillips Sr., her first husband, William Edward Hutcherson, and a granddaughter: Theresa Fraley.
Survivors include her daughters: Margaret Helen Fraley (Bobby) and Carolyn Marie Schaefer; 5 grandchildren
David Fraley (Debbie), Jodi Fraley (Fiancee Eddie), Sandra Braham (Kenneth), Fred Schaefer (Leigh) and Lynn Marie Duvall (David); 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday March 23, 2011 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be Tuesday 3 - 8 PM. Expressions of Sympathy: Mass of the Air.
