Beloved wife of the late James P. Downey. Loving Mother of Gerrilyn Downey of Holbrook, James S. of Rockland, John , Jeffrey and Genevieve Downey all of Braintree and Joseph Downey of MI. Daughter of the late Simon & Elizabeth ( Melanson) Rennie. Sister of the late Genevieve Mahoney. Lorraine is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and several dear friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 8 AM.
Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 9 AM.
Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM.
Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
Lorraine grew up in Quincy and graduated from North Quincy High School. Lorraine started working for Raytheon in Quincy and retired back in 1994. She throughly enjoyed bingo. She worked bingo at St. Boniface Church for many years.
