Ann M. Gardner 72, of Franklin, died Saturday March 19, 2011 at her residence, following a long illness.
Born in Boston, September 21, 1938, she was raised and educated in Boston, and lived in Bellingham for many years before returning to Franklin.
Miss Gardner retired from Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston where she worked as a nursing aide for more than 30 years.
She loved animals, and leaves her pet cats; Hombre and Angela.
She is also survived by her brother Joseph Gardner of Florida, 5 nieces and nephews, and several area cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Wednesday at 10AM in the St. Michael Cemetery, Chapel 500 Canterbury St. Roslindale, MA 02131.
There are no public calling hours.
