TEWKSBURY: Marion F. (Josephs) Borrazzo, age 71, a Tewksbury resident for over 40 years, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.
Born in Chelsea on August 18, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Max Josephs and the late Ann D. Mugford and her late husband, Benjamin Mugford.
Marion was raised in Chelsea, attended Chelsea schools and graduated from Chelsea High School in 1957.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an administrative assistant by the Digital Corporation in Tewksbury, where she worked for 10 years.
Mrs. Borrazzo was a communicant of St. Williams Parish of Tewksbury.
She was a member of the Wilmington Sons of Italy.
Marion enjoyed traveling to Florida and was a loving, caring friend to many.
She is survived by one son, Rico Borrazzo and his fiance Robin DeRoche of Nashua, NH; three daughters, Gina Borrazzo and her husband James Johnson, Judy Page and her husband Michael all of Tewksbury and Laurie Miller and her husband Thomas of Londonderry, NH; eight grandchildren, Zachary Johnson, Catlyn Miller, T.J. Miller, Jr., Kristen Page, Michael Page, Jr., Lauren Page, Alyssa Borrazzo and Arianna DeRoche; one brother, Lawrence Mugford and his wife Debbie of Naples, FL; one sister, Robin Granville and her husband Maurice of Sandown, NH; her former husband Henry Borrazzo of St. Petersburg, FL ; also many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Monday, March 21, from 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, March 22, at 10:30 a.m., from the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m., at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
