Paul Hoppe, 56, of Londonderry, NH died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at his home. Paul was born in Boston, MA on April 24, 1947, a son of the late Bernard and Dorothy (Sheehan) Hoppe. Raised in Brighton, MA he had been a resident of Londonderry for 26 years. He was a graduate of Boston State College, Boston, MA. He served six years in the Army National Guard. He was the owner and operator of Assured Financial Solutions of Londonderry. A communicant of St. Marks Church in Londonderry, Paul was active in the Men of St. Joseph at the church. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Mark Council #10488. He enjoyed coaching youth recreational sports in Londonderry. Paul loved life and enjoyed the company of others.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Diane (Ciccolo) Hoppe of Londonderry, one son, James Hoppe of Derry, one daughter, Kimberly Tremblay and her husband Bruno of St. George, UT, three grandchildren, Benjamin Tremblay, Gabriel Tremblay, Samantha Tremblay all of St. George, UT, his mother-in-law, Gloria Ciccolo of Revere, MA, three aunts, several nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by his two brothers, William and John Hoppe.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 17th at 10:00am in St. Mark’s Church, corner of South Rd, and Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Burial will be in the Spring in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry. Friends may call on Friday from 5 - 9pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematory, 15 Birch St., Derry.
