Concetta A. “Connie” (Agati) Polcaro, a long-time Medford resident died Sunday at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was 100 years old.
Connie was born in Revere, the daughter of the late Luigi and the late Giovanina (Anastasia) Agati. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Connie enjoyed the company of her large family and many friends.
The beloved wife of the late Edward A. Polcaro, she was a devoted mother to Joseph Polcaro of Lynnfield, Robert Polcaro and his wife Janet of Medford, Richard Polcaro and his wife Mildred of Woburn, and Edward Polcaro of Woburn. She was a loving grandmother to Annaliesa and her husband Wayne Horsman, Michael and his wife Andrea, David and his wife Megan, Thomas and his wife Cheryl and a loving great-grandmother to Nico, Chloe, Lyra and Renzo. She was a dear sister of the late Joe, Salvatore and John Agati.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Wednesday from 4 thru 8 PM and to gather back at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 10 for Connie’s funeral service. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
