Joyce Ellen Doherty, 67, of Manchester, passed away peacefully March 11, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pittsburg, PA on August 3, 1943, the daughter of Paul and Joyce (Nolan) Rebovitch. Joyce will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who enjoyed sight-seeing trips to the ocean and mountains.
She was predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Robert E. Doherty, son Robert E. Doherty II, her mother Joyce, grandmother Alma and sister Michelle.
Family members include two daughters, Lorraine Gagnon and husband Michael, Carolyn Doherty and companion Robert DiFava II; 3 grandchildren, Brittani Slater and fiance Luis Canales, Taylor Doherty and Bobby E. Doherty III, a great-grandson, Maxwel Durocher, sisters Kathleen and Melanie and her long-time friend Dan Wilder.
Services were private and at the convenience of the family.
