Obituary

Carol M. (Hamilton) Carbonneau, 63, died peacefully Friday, March 11 in The Meadows of Leicester surrounded by her children.

She leaves two sons Jeff Carbonneau and his companion Jen Cogswell of Charlton, Seth Carbonneau and his wife Kim of West Boylston, two daughters Jill Coleman and her husband Gary of Holden, Felisha Goulet and her husband Mark of West Boylston, brothers and sisters David, Ormand, Al, Seth, Jane, Nancy, Liz and her twin brother Curtis, nine grandchildren T.J. “Bubba”, Zachary, Maki, Samantha, Alli, Steven, Dylan, Summer and Jenna and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother Andy.

Carol was born in Seattle, Washington daughter of Alexander and Margaret (Johnson) Hamilton. She graduated from Burncoat High School. She was a waitress at several area restaurants for many years. She also had worked at the Food Bank of Western MA for several years. She enjoyed oil painting, drawing, gardening and going to tag and yard sales. She was fun loving and free spirited.

A celebration of Carol’s life will be held Monday, March 14 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Barbers Crossing North, 175 Leominster Road (Rt. 12), Sterling. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Worcester County Food Bank, 474 BostonTurnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
