DONALD E. "Tippy" BILLS, 80, of Norwell, formerly of Rockland, March 5th, 2011. Tippy was born in Jamaica Plain and was raised and educated in the Boston area. He was a Korean War Veteran and a well known Master Plumber in the Boston and South Shore areas. He was a former champion skater and past president of the National Amateur Roller Skating Association.
Tippy leaves his wife of 51 years, Audrey L. (Attridge) Bills. Father of Paula A. Creutz of Norwell and the late William J. Bills. Grandfather of Ian and Gwen Creutz of Weymouth. Brother of Harold Bills and Alice McDowell. Uncle of Barbara Gobbi.
The funeral services and interment are to be private. Visiting hours and flowers omitted by request. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the charity of choice.
