Obituary

Virginia M. (Bousquet) Susi age 90 of Brockton died Friday March 4, 2011 at West Acres Nursing Home. She was the loving wife of the late Geno Susi. Virginia was born in Brockton a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Denote) Bousquet and remained a lifelong resident of the city.
For many years Virginia was a machinist at Montello Heel in Brockton and retired at the age of 81. In her free time Virginia loved being at home with her family, cooking and watching Boston sports. She also enjoyed shopping and staying stylish. Virginia will be remembered as a quiet, warm and loving lady who cherished her time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
Virginia was the mother of the late Edith Strollo. She is survived by her four grandchildren William Strollo and his wife Lorrie of W. Bridgewater; Brenda Costa and her fiance Phillip Hache of Norton, David Strollo and his wife Mary of New York and Cheryl Costa and her husband Daniel of Berkley. She leaves 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and was the sister of Lorraine O’Donnell and her husband Jim of Whitman and the late Edna Rando, Marie Bozoian, George, Frank and Donald Bousquet. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday 10 to 11 am followed by a service at 11 am. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery.
