Spencer – Edward H. "Butch" Miner, Jr., 66, of Spencer, died on Thursday, March 3rd in his home after an illness.
Mr. Miner is survived by his wife of 23 years Sharon E. (Kelley) Miner; a son Edward H. Miner III of Millbury; a daughter Amy Miner of Worcester; two step daughters Gina M. Guerro and Lisa A. Dupuis both of Spencer; three brothers Robert, Rick and William Miner; a sister Jackie Whitlock; 6 grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Ed was born in Worcester, son of the late Edward H. Miner Sr. and Margaret M. (Muise) Miner Rush.
He was a bus driver for many years for the Grey Goose Bus Line in Cranston, RI and enjoyed hunting, bowling and riding motorcycles.
Calling hours are on Monday, March 7th from 5 to 7:30 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 PM at the conclusion of the calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Home Hospice Program 629 Salisbury St. Worcester, MA 01609.
