SUMMERFIELD, FL - Cynthia (Nunes) Gauvin, wife of Paul Gauvin of Summerfield, FL, died on Feb. 17, 2011.
She was 67.
Born and raised in N. Dighton, she was the daughter of the late John and Virginia (Torres) Nunes.
Mrs. Gauvin graduated from Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School and was later employed by Texas Instruments in Attleboro for 25 years.
She moved to Florida in 2004.
Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Lisa Burnett of Grafton, and Roxanne Boucher of Taunton; a son, Donald Burnett of Fall River; a stepdaughter, Roxanne Gauvin of Attleboro; five grandchildren, Samantha, Holly, Michael, Brian and Alexys; her beloved dog, Toby; four sisters, Hilda Machado of Taunton, Veronica Lambert of Oregon, Isabelle Engen of Maynard, and Virginia Perry of N. Dighton; a brother, John Nunes of Berkley; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also the sister of the late Robert Nunes.
Memorial Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Saturday, March 26th at 3 p.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home, from 1 to 3 p.m., prior to the Services.
