John J. Bresnahan, 62, of Auburn, NH, died Saturday, January 10, 2004 at his home. Mr. Bresnahan was born in Medford, MA on February 14, 1941, a son of Margaret (Dooley) Bresnahan and the late John J. Bresnahan Sr. He was a resident of Auburn for 6 years, formerly living in Tewksbury, MA. He was a member of American Legion. He served in the US Army during the Berlin Crisis.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne K. (Bruno)Bresnahan of Auburn, two daughters, Kathleen Bresnahan of Londonderry, Christine Cox of Wilmington, MA, one son, John J. Bresnahan of Wilmington, MA, four Step-sons, Ricky Edwards of Keene, Joseph Edwards and Justin Edwards both of Fitchburg, MA, Michael Edwards of Auburn , 15 grandchildren and his mother, Margaret Bresnahan of Winchester, MA. He was predeceased by his sister MaryBeth Bresnahan.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 14th at 10:00am in St. Jude's Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Burial will be in the spring at Longmeadow Cemetery. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry on Tuesday from 2 - 5 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the John J.
