Virginia J. (Halloran) Lilley 78, of Hudson and formerly of Natick died Monday, February 28, 2011 at her home.
She was the beloved wife of Timothy F. Lilley with whom she shared 60 years of marriage.
A resident of Hudson for 6 years and of Natick for the previous 35 years she was born in Sudbury.
Mrs. Lilley was employed for 30 years by Roche Brothers at the Natick store and later at Corporate Headquarters in Wellesley.
She and her husband enjoyed world travel together especially cruise ships to Alaska, the Caribbean and visiting family and friends in Florida and at Thompson Lake in Maine.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Shelia M. Trentini and her husband Gunther of Norcross GA, Timothy F. Lilley, Jr. and his wife Paula of Bellingham, Corrine H. Connors and her husband Kerry of Haverhill, seven grandchildren, Alexander Trentini and his wife Tricia, Amanda Trentini, William Tovern, Kevin Connors, Casey Connors, Kyle Connors and Evan Connors, and many dear friends including Susan Minot Bohall, Beverly Minot both of Hudson and Myrna Bartlett of Natick.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday at 8:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church at 9:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
