Manuel C. Pereira, 83, of Salem, NH, died Mon. Feb. 28th at Salemhaven Nursing Home, Salem, NH.
Manuel was born in Portugal, the son of the late Candida (Conceicao) and Gil Pereira. He came to the US in 1980 and worked for Quaker Fabric in Fall River, MA. He was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem. He enjoyed watching soccer and working in the garden.
He is survived by his wife Odilia (Sousa) Pereira of Salem, NH

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Mar. 3rd at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH
Calling hours will be Wednesday, Mar. 2nd from 4-7 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
