Frances Elnora Bell, 78, Clarksville, died Saturday, February 27, 2011, at Grace Healthcare of Clarksville. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and from 10:00 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 24, 1932 in Montgomery County, the daughter of Cliffton Baggett and Tula Grace Biter Baggett. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Howard W. Bell. She was a member of Forest Street United Methodist Church, Ajax Turner Senior Citizens Center.She work for the Montgomery County School System as a cafeteria worker. She is survived by one son Mark (Brenda) Bell of Clarksville, one daughter Penny (Anthony) Colby of Clarksville and one sister Joyce Haddock of Clarksville,three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
