Scrogham, Randall Martin, “Randy”, 72, of Louisville, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at home with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Ruel and Gertrude Scrogham, his sisters Shirley and Peggy and his brother James Scrogham. Survivors include his children Marilyn Ruiz-Corvo (Jose) and Matt Scrogham. His three granddaughters, Allison Farley, Michelle Irvin (Richard), and Abigail Scrogham two great granddaughters Madilynne and Isabella Farley and his brother Charles Scrogham.
Randy was an employee of International Harvester for 20 years until the closure of it’s Louisville facilty. He later retired from his job with the State of Kentucky managing the reformatory motor pool at LaGrange.
He was an avid fisherman and teller of fish tales. His hobbies were coin collecting and wood crafting.
He was known as someone that could fix just about anything and he loved to tinker. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown at 9318 Taylorsville Road.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky.
