Michael Ora Simerly was born and passed away on February 23, 2011 in Forsythe Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC.
He was the infant son of Michael Kevin Simerly and Shelia Seay Simerly of Red Marshall Road, Pelham, NC.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his paternal grandparents: Bob and Janice Simerly of Danville; his maternal grandparents: David and Carol Seay, also of Danville; two sisters: Sara and Megan Simerly; aunts and uncles, Billy and Becky Simerly of Pelham, Richard Seay, Steven Seay and Jennifer Seay, Lisa Stauder; three cousins: Mindy, Abigail, and Savanna. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Kallie Anne Smith Bradley.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Pelham United Methodist Church Cemetery.
