Halifax – Mary A. (Civenski) Garfield, 91, died Saturday February 19. She was the beloved wife of the late William Garfield.
She is survived by her daughter Lois Sullivan and her husband Timothy of Halifax, and her son Norman Greene of Berlin, NH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Civinski.
Her funeral service will be held Wednesday February 23 at 11 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday February 22 from 4-7 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the Massachusetts Commission of the Blind, 48 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116-4718.
