Dale A. (Lochhead) Sheehan, a life long resident of Medford and beloved wife of Les D. Sheehan, died at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, on Friday evening, February 18, 2011. She was 55 years old.
Born in Medford, on September 8, 1955, she was the beloved daughter of the late Murray and Harriet (Buckman) Lochhead. Mrs. Sheehan was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was the former Director at the Courtyard Nursing Care Center, a position she held for more than 13 years.
Besides her beloved husband, she will be very sorely missed by her loving daughter Sharon M. and her husband Joseph J. Sousa of Medford, brothers; Steven and Ricky Lochhead, both of Medford, sister; Karen DiPinto of Lynn, two grandchildren; Joseph, Jr. and Casey Sousa and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours were held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Monday, February 21, 2011, from 4 to 7 PM. Her funeral service was private.
