Beverly R. Brintnall, 86

Beverly R. (Chamillard) Brintnall, 86, of Mansfield passed away on Friday February 18, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Brighton. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert H. Brintnall who died on January 6, 2010. Mr. and Mrs. Brintnall were wed married on March 18, 1944.
Born in Attleboro, MA on February 15, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Cassie (Brander) Chamillard.
Beverly grew up in Attleboro and was educated in Attleboro public schools. She was a graduate of Attleboro High School.
In addition to being a dedicated homemaker to her loving family, Mrs. Brintnall had also worked in the payroll department for the Mansfield School Department in the Superintendents Office.
A resident of Mansfield for over 60 years, Beverly was a member of the Second Congregational Church in Attleboro. She was a member and served as a former treasurer for the Balfour Gold Dusters Club.
She, along with her family, was a longtime antique car enthusiast. Mrs. Brintnall was a life member of the South Shore Antique Auto Club in Hanson, was a life member of the Antique Automobile Club of America and was a member of the Hudson Essex & Terraplane Club.
Beverly was also an avid knitter, enjoyed reading and spending time in the presence of her adoring family.
She is survived by her devoted children David L. Brintnall and his wife Joanne of Plainville, Dale J. Brintnall of Randolph, Vermont, Donna K. Rueger and her husband Bruce of Waterville, Maine, Thomas A. Brintnall of Mansfield and Gregory B. Brintnall and his wife Carolyn of Mansfield. She was the sister of the late Robert Chamillard, the mother in law of the late Lillian Brintnall and is also survived by her cherished 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 nieces.
Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Thursday February 24th from 5-8 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home 55 North Main St. Mansfield.
A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visiting hours on Thursday evening at 8: 00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home. Burial will be held privately at a later date in the Spring Brook Cemetery, Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, Beverly’s family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Mansfield High School Scholarship Fund 250 East St. Mansfield, MA 02048, ATTN: Joseph P. Maruszczak.
