Mark W. Hanson, 26, of Derry, NH, died Thursday, January 8, 2004 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry. Mark was born in Haverhill, MA on January 27, 1977, a son of Mark W. Hanson and Mary (Andreoli) Hanson. He was a resident of Derry for four years, formerly living in Lawrence, MA. He grew up in Margate, FL and attended Coconut Creek High School, in Coconut Creek, FL. He was employed as a Supervisor for the Aulson Co. in Methuen, MA and was a member of Local #6 Labor Union. Mark enjoyed motorcycling, cars and the gym.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Hanson of Laconia, NH, his father, Mark W. Hanson and his wife Kathleen of Rockland, MA, one daughter, Mia Hanson of Derry, his maternal grandmother, Margaret Andreoli of Derry, his paternal grandmother, Zena Hanson of Lawrence, one sister, Sheri Varao and her husband Stephen of Manchester, NH, one step-sister, Jolene Olson and her husband Eric of Hanson, MA, one step-brother, Jeff Quinn of Rockland, MA, his fiance, Janise Rivera of Derry, one niece, McKenna, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10th at 10:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. The burial will follow in the Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover, MA. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8pm.
