BRUNO R. POLVERINIBruno R. Polverini, 86, of Needham, who was the owner operator of Marver Cam Co. in Woburn, died Thurs. Jan 8, 2004 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham Campus.Born in Milford he graduated from Needham High School in 1935 and Wentworth Institute in 1939. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. He worked at the Waltham Watch Factory and later owned Marver Cam Co. in Woburn for 40 years until his retirement in 1985. Mr. Polverini was an avid golfer and a longtime member of Needham Golf Club and Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton.Husband of the late Bessie (Marino) Polverini he is survived by his son Dr. Peter J. Polverini and his wife Carol of MI, and his daughter Frances M. Cashell and her husband Richard of Dedham, his sisters Alba Corssino of Needham, Idea Pomilia of FL, and Wanda Polverini of Needham. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren a niece and nephews.
