Obituary

Carlo A. DiStasio age 86 of Middleboro, formerly of Canton passed away February 15th at the Life Care Center in Raynham. Born in Boston, he was raised in Hyde Park and graduated from Hyde Park High School and he was a Navy Veteran of WW II. He worked as the Custodian at the Canton Public Library for many years before retiring. He previously had worked as an Electronics Technician for LFE Corp in Waltham. Beloved husband of Alice G. (Richardson). Father of Gail M. Kerzner & her husband Neal of Canton, Emily A. Ferreira & her husband David of Bridgewater & Carlo A. II & his partner Jeanne Giampapa of Bridgewater. Brother of Eleanor Hamilton of FL, Richard DiStasio of Randolph, Paul DiStasio of Roslindale & Robert DiStasio of CA. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Saturday morning at 10. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm.
