Obituary

Millbury - Leo A. "Jerry" Chabot, 76, of 5 Jackie Drive a Army veteran of World War II died Monday February 4 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center - University Campus after an illness.

Mr. Chabot leaves two brothers James Chabot of Worcester and Robert Chabot of Leesburg, FL; one sister Rita Edwards of Ware; several nieces and nephews. He is also predeceased by a brother Philip Chabot of Millbury; a sister Florence Archambeault of West Boylston. Mr. Chabot was born in Worcester son of Leo and Florence (Rondeau) Chabot.

Mr. Chabot served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Mr. Chabot worked as a nurse for Westboro State Hospital. He was also a member of St. Brigid's Church in Millbury.

The funeral will be held on Thursday February 7 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a mass at 10 AM in St. Brigid's Church 59 Main St. Millbury. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are on Wednesday February 6 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bosler Humane Society, PO Box 12 Baldwinville, MA 01436.
