Evans, GA – Mrs. Nellie Lucas Budwick, 71, entered into rest on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the Medical College of Georgia.
The family will receive friends at Platt’s Belair Road on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
Mrs. Budwick was a native of Dunn, NC. She will be remembered as a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Budwick is survived by her two daughters, Karen Budwick Eisele and Gail Facey both of Evans, GA; her two brothers, Neal William Lucas, Jr. and L.C. Lucas both of Dunn, NC; her two sisters, Dorothy Cox and Burlene Painter both of Dunn, NC; and by her four grandchildren, Taylor Shellito, Austin Facey, Carson Facey, and Adam Facey.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Pleasant Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Dunn, NC. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will also receive friends on Tuesday evening, February 8, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Cromartie, Miller, and Lee Funeral Home, 401 W Cumberland St., Dunn, NC 28334.
