Ida Mae (Sumler) Wermers age 75 of Salem, NH, formerly of Haverhill & Methuen, MA, died Saturday at the Kenoza Manor Nursing Home, Haverhill, MA.
She was born in Dry Branch, Georgia, grew up and was educated in Florida. She moved to Methuen MA in 1955, and was a previous resident of Washington, DC, Florida, and Georgia.
Mrs. Wermers was a clerical worker for Flavor Fresh, she had also worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a clerical worker. She was a member of Grace Church.
She is survived by 2 Sons: Ronald Wermers of Salem, NHEric & his Wife Darlene Wermers of Salem, NH
1 Daughter: Caroline E. Wermers of Methuen, MA
2 Brothers: Albert Sumler of Keystone Heights, FL James C. Sumler of Lakeland, FL
1 Sister: Mary Elizabeth Waters of W. Bradenton, FL

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
